The GreForce brand belongs to the Chinese company KAIXUAN Rubber, which in turn is part of the Yuelong holding, which in 2014 invested half a billion US dollars in the construction of a plant for the production of all-steel radial tires for commercial vehicles. The plant's annual output is around 3.6 million tire products. The plant uses technologies and equipment from companies in Japan and Italy. Products are shipped to more than 140 countries around the world.
The trademark is used in the production of tires for trucks, large buses, as well as special equipment. All models are distributed across the following categories:
- for long-haul transportation;
- for mixed operating conditions;
- for mines and quarries.
For long-haul transportation, the manufacturer offers more than two dozen models. This diversity covers almost all scenarios of using trucks and large buses and indicates the presence of a large number of specialized tires. Such models include the GR999 for driving axles. It is designed for use on winter roads, for which a tread pattern with 8-angled blocks and lamellas, an increased tread depth of up to 24 mm, and a special elastic rubber compound are used. Despite the diversity, all models have "trademark" features. First of all, it is high wear resistance, fuel efficiency and increased load capacity.
The GreForce tire line for mixed operating conditions consists of just under two dozen tires. Most of them are designed for driving axles, differing in corresponding tread patterns from blocks with high walls and wide grooves between them. All tires are distinguished by an increased tread depth. This figure is at least 14 mm, but for a significant part of the models, it exceeds 20 mm. This solution, along with the use of special compounds, significantly increases reliability and extends the service life.
In the segment of truck tires for the mining industry, the brand is represented by nine models. Structurally, they are industrial tires with corresponding features. First of all, these are particularly durable rubber compounds that are exceptionally resistant to cuts, punctures and punctures. The structure of the tire sidewall integrates a multi-layer all-steel cord that protects it from mechanical damage. It is also worth noting the specific design of tread patterns with massive blocks with a stepped profile, grooves with protrusions that prevent stones from getting stuck in the tread.
