Tyres Greckster

Information on these tires is not available

The Greckster brand belongs to the Indian company EMRALD. The company has a modern tire plant located in Madras. The enterprise uses modern technologies and equipment that allow for the production of a wide range of industrial and industrial tires. A time-tested integrated system of inspection and procurement of raw materials is used. Key working operations are fully automated, excluding the influence of the notorious human factor on the process. Each tire is tracked using special identifiers integrated into the production chain, which minimizes the risk of releasing defective products.

Greckster Truck Tires

Currently, the company produces tires for a wide range of industrial and industrial equipment, from airport luggage carts to forklifts. The entire range is divided into two categories - solid and pneumatic tires.

The brand's solid tires are distinguished by the use of BACUCO2T technology in their design. This solution is designed to reduce heat generation caused by the impact of significant weight loads on the elastic tread. When moving, this effect contributes to strong heating of the tire, especially in the shoulder areas of the tread. BACUCO2T technology involves the use of a multi-layer structure of the tread, each layer of which is made of a compound with different characteristics. As a result, the temperature of the shoulder areas and the central part differs by only a few degrees. Another feature is the use of a special rubber compound when manufacturing the outer layer of the tread. In combination with the optimized design of its pattern, this improves traction and braking intensity on dry and wet surfaces, reduces rolling resistance and wear.

Greckster's pneumatic tires are mainly designed for compact industrial and industrial equipment, which usually uses electric power units. It is this that determines the "signature" feature of the brand's tires, namely, extremely low rolling resistance. For these purposes, an optimized carcass design is used, which reduces the weight of the tire while maintaining its high load capacity and impact resistance, as well as a rubber compound with increased thermal conductivity.
