In addition, this model is characterized by an increased contact patch size. This is achieved through a variable curvature of the tread profile. In the central part, it is almost flat, and in the shoulder zones, it has a small radius. This solution allowed not only to increase the contact patch but also to maintain its size and shape even during strong lateral accelerations. As a result, the tire demonstrates very stable traction properties, both during straight-line movement and maneuvering.

Reliable traction on ice

The tread pattern of this tire features a V-shaped open design. However, the overwhelming majority of traction edges are formed not by blocks, but by lamellas cut into them. In terms of functionality, these tread elements are a more than worthy alternative to studs, providing reliable traction on ice.
