This model was developed by Falken engineers using computer simulation methods, as well as taking into account the most advanced techniques for producing sports tires. The Falken Azenis ST-115 tire is considered an excellent option for drift enthusiasts.
First and foremost, this is due to the rigid construction of the sidewalls, specially designed for sharp maneuvering. It provides confident movement and clear response to steering commands, as well as contributing to greater wear resistance, extending the life of the tire.
Another positive feature of this model is the unique rubber compound that makes up the tread of this tire.
It is thermally stable and does not overheat during extreme use. Thanks to the specially developed rubber compound composition, the tire has high wear resistance. Thirdly, the design of this tire itself contributes to instant braking and acceleration, providing excellent dynamics on asphalt.
The solid blocks of the tread, as well as the directional pattern, guarantee excellent traction with the road surface. The wide central rib provides high directional stability during straight-line movement.
One of the strongest points of this tire is the high level of acoustic comfort, which is achieved due to the small hollow capsules that cover the tread surface - they absorb the noise and also give the tire elasticity and softness, which has a positive effect on its handling and traction characteristics.
In addition to everything else, the Falken Azenis ST-115 tire behaves excellently on a wet track. This became possible thanks to the entire system of grooves, which includes two large water-draining channels located closer to the shoulder zones of the tread, two smaller ones in its central part, as well as numerous curved cuts throughout the tread. All this, in combination, provides high-quality and rapid water removal from the contact patch with the road surface, which minimizes the risk of aquaplaning.
Finally, the tire rim, in addition to giving it style, protects it from various kinds of mechanical damage.
In general, this tire can be recommended to fans of sports driving. In terms of its qualities, which are clearly demonstrated during operation, it surpasses many tires of this class and will leave few people indifferent.
