Reinforced carcass

In the development of the Evergreen EW66, an improved method of cord winding was used, which increased the strength of the carcass and also reduced its weight. The use of a durable steel ring in the central part of the tread made it possible to prevent possible tire ruptures. The steel ring also made the central part more rigid, which had a positive effect on stability when driving in a straight line.
Unusual tread design
When creating the tread pattern, a computer modeling method was used, which made it possible to select the optimal arrangement of blocks over the entire surface of the tire. To increase stability when cornering, the shoulder area was strengthened, which also reduced the number of lateral damages. Three deep channels quickly remove snow, water, and dirt from the contact area, minimizing the possibility of aquaplaning. A large number of notches and cuts increase stability on icy surfaces and reduce the sound effect when driving. Even on strong ice, the tire provides excellent stability and confident handling. Sharp lugs prevent possible wheel slippage, increasing speed and braking parameters.
