Under the Emrald brand, a wide range of tires for forklifts and special equipment is produced. The Indian company originated in 2001. Now it is the largest manufacturer in the country, owning 80% of the market in this industry. Having an extensive partner network that covers over 70 countries worldwide and warehouse facilities in Belgium, the USA, and the UAE, the company actively promotes its products, providing comprehensive support to its customers.

All work processes are carried out in India, near the port city of Chennai. This factor allows for prompt shipment of batches to any country in the world, reducing transportation costs.

The production itself is based on modern full-cycle technological lines. This solves two problems at once. Firstly, the release of high-quality products. At each stage of manufacturing, the product undergoes thorough control, excluding the possibility of defective products reaching the consumer. Secondly, the reduction of production costs due to the performance of all operations with its own forces. And this factor directly affects the final price of the products, making it as competitive as possible.

Based on the production of tires for special equipment, the company produces three main types of them:
- pneumatic;
- solid;
- retreaded.

All of them are united by high-quality manufacturing and effective working characteristics. A special composition of the rubber mixture allows the tires to withstand intensive operation and resist mechanical stress. Reinforced sidewalls are not prone to rupture under load, and the internal frame is effectively protected from deformation. In combination, this guarantees a long service life with preservation of all working characteristics.
