Dynamo A/S Hiscend-H — an all-season road tire designed for light commercial vehicles. The A/S and M+S markings on the sidewall indicate its suitability for variable weather conditions. For owners of vans or minivans, this model features a tread pattern engineered with water evacuation elements and a high number of biting edges.

The tread is divided into five functional ribs by four prominent longitudinal grooves. These grooves run continuously along the entire tread surface, creating uninterrupted channels for efficiently evacuating water and slush as the wheel rotates. Water can flow through these channels toward open areas of the tread pattern without encountering enclosed transverse barriers.

The three central ribs consist of closely spaced polygonal blocks. Their jagged transverse edges are angled in multiple directions, forming a dense network of biting edges. As a result, the central tread area features not just a single straight edge, but an advanced array of multidirectional edges.

A high density of thin transverse and diagonal sipes is incorporated into both the central and shoulder blocks. These sipes subdivide large tread blocks into additional segments, generating extra contact edges. The buyer receives not a smooth highway tread, but a more sophisticated tread geometry while maintaining a tightly packed block layout.

Large shoulder blocks are separated by transverse grooves that extend to the edges of the tread. These grooves create short drainage paths from the longitudinal channels to the outer sides of the tread. Despite the dense configuration, this design preserves substantial rubber blocks in the shoulder areas.

This tread layout combines five ribs, four longitudinal grooves, transverse drainage paths, and numerous sipes. The advantage for buyers lies in its versatile design: it integrates effective water evacuation channels, multidirectional biting edges, and solid shoulder blocks, while avoiding widely spaced off-road-style traction elements.

The A/S and M+S markings confirm the tire's all-season positioning, but do not in themselves indicate certification for severe snow conditions or performance on ice. In regions with harsh winters, a dedicated winter tire is recommended for optimal safety in such conditions.
