The Dunlop SP Sport 8060 summer tire is installed on compact and medium-sized passenger cars. It is characterized by resistance to aquaplaning and stability of traction properties on wet pavement, as well as sporty precise handling when maneuvering.
The tread pattern has a directional design with a V-shaped arrangement of transverse edges. This structure allows for intense acceleration and deceleration on wet pavement, while providing high directional stability. The solid central rib, interacting with the rigid blocks at the edges of the tread, increases the accuracy of handling and reduces uneven wear when maneuvering. It is worth noting the optimization of the tread profile, in which the contact patch under load increases and does not change shape and size under the influence of lateral acceleration forces.
