Doublestar DSS02 – summer tire for crossovers and SUVs used both in the city and on light off-road. The model is characterized by the reliability of fixing the contact patch with road surfaces of any quality, the efficiency of the drainage system and good handling.
The non-directional tread pattern has a pronounced division into separate block structures with different directions. This structural solution made it possible to increase traction, including off-road, improve braking characteristics, as well as reduce the likelihood of side skids. In addition, the inter-block grooves form an extensive drainage network that is able to quickly drain the contact patch, maintaining the efficiency of traction.
The tire compound is represented by an advanced composition that includes silica and a number of additional additives. Together, they increase resistance to mechanical stress while maintaining elasticity at the same level.
