The Continental ContiIceContact 2 SUV Contisilent is an excellent choice for comfortable and safe driving on complex road sections covered with ice and snow. The model was designed for SUV-class vehicles. The main distinguishing feature of the product is the use of a special Contisilent technology in its manufacture, which allows to reduce the noise level in the car cabin (by up to 15%).
Compared to the previous generation, this model has even more spikes, which improves the quality of movement on ice, but is quiet enough when driving on asphalt. The tread pattern is aggressive, symmetrical, and non-directional. Large and powerful lamellated blocks form a multitude of contact edges. Transverse and diagonal grooves provide instant evacuation of moisture, snow slush, and liquid mud from the contact patch area, reducing the risk of aquaplaning and slushing.
