Description BFGoodrich Touring
Released by one of the most famous North American manufacturers, the BFGoodrich Touring summer passenger tire is designed for small and medium-sized passenger cars.
The design of the symmetrical directional tread pattern of the tire features an original appearance, the main distinguishing feature of which is a very wide shoulder area of the tread. The tire tread pattern consists of a wide central rib and two wide shoulder areas, separated from the central part of the tread by two longitudinal water drainage grooves along the entire tire.
The large width of the central rib provides excellent course stability and responsiveness to steering wheel turns. Thanks to the presence of two longitudinal grooves, the efficiency of water removal from the contact patch of the BFGoodrich Touring tire is ensured, which allows the tire to demonstrate stable and safe behavior even when driving on very wet roads. The efficiency of the two water drainage grooves is enhanced by a multitude of transverse channels passing through the side parts of the tread.
The significantly strengthened shoulder areas of the tread provide not only excellent tire traction on the road when cornering, but also when driving in a straight line. In addition, the rounded profile of the side parts of the tread serves as an effective means of combating uneven wear.
