Description BFGoodrich G-Force Winter
The BFGoodrich G-Force Winter tire is a winter, non-studded model with a directional tread pattern, used on passenger cars. This tire has excellent start and braking performance on icy and snowy road surfaces due to the use of a large number of lamellas.
The specially developed directional tread pattern, combined with an optimally selected channel system, improves water and slush drainage from under the tire. Due to the use of a rigid tread construction, an increased number of lamellas, and a continuous central rib, the BFGoodrich G-Force Winter tire has excellent braking and traction properties on various road surfaces.
A specially increased contact area by 10% has made it possible to achieve: a 10% increase in grip and a 10% improvement in stability when cornering. The directional, palm-shaped tread pattern provides excellent handling and has excellent resistance to aquaplaning.
A new unique rubber compound, allowing the rubber to maintain the necessary stiffness and at the same time be soft enough, has made it possible to achieve excellent grip and increased comfort while driving.
Main features of the BFGoodrich G-Force Winter tire
- High lamella density has made it possible to achieve excellent water and slush drainage from the contact patch and reduced noise when driving;
- The changed angle of the lamellas has made it possible to achieve increased manageability on the road surface;
- A rigid tread structure, complex lamella system, and continuous central rib provide excellent braking;
- Special rubber compound, combined with a large number of lamellas, provides a minimal sound effect, resulting in increased driving comfort;
- The reinforced carcass, consisting of a special reinforced cord, provides the tire with increased strength.
