The brand owner is the German company Hämmerling Group, which began its activity back in 1979. The main specialization of Athos is the production of tires for freight transport. The first batch was released in 2007. Since then, the company has significantly expanded its production capacity. At the moment, it is a modern plant equipped with advanced technologies, located in the territory of the PRC.

Today, the company is actively working on expanding its model range, offering tires in the following categories:
- long-haul trucks (drive and steering axles);
- light trucks;
- trailer equipment;
- buses;
- construction equipment.

To date, the company's dealership network is represented by more than 3000 companies, through which the supply of tires is carried out all over the world. In addition, Athos is a supplier of tires for the primary equipment of such trailer manufacturers as Fliegl, Wielton, Krone and a number of others.
