The Arivo Ice Claw ARW8 winter tire for passenger cars is designed for use in regions with the coldest climate. It is distinguished by improved traction properties on snow and ice, braking efficiency and handling comfort.
The directed tread pattern is made in the "Scandinavian" design, differing from most of its variations in smaller element sizes and their increased number. This significantly improves the traction properties, especially on snow. It is worth noting the density of the lamella notching. Hundreds of cuts with sharpened saw-toothed edges increase longitudinal traction on ice and wet pavement. The rubber compound with ultra-high "silica" content further increases the effectiveness of the tread in such conditions.
