Aplus A702
Description Aplus A702
The Aplus A702 winter tire is used on a wide range of passenger cars in urban conditions, as well as on highways. The model is distinguished by its stability on snowy roads, precision handling, and improved traction on loose snow.
The tire tread was developed using modern computer technology, which made it possible to model it. Thanks to this, many parameters that have a direct impact on the effectiveness of traction and adhesion in the winter period were taken into account. The result of the modeling was an asymmetric pattern with pronounced lamellization and segmentation into large blocks. The presence of a large number of gripping edges had a positive effect not only on the ability to maintain traction on winter roads but also on maintaining control of the vehicle on icy roads.
To increase resistance to mechanical stress, the tire was equipped with sidewall inserts made of more durable rubber. This factor affected the protection against the appearance of "bulges" when driving over curbs or other irregularities.
Key Features of Aplus A702
- an effective asymmetric tread pattern with pronounced lamellization provides a short braking distance and improved road adhesion;
- a large network of channels quickly removes water and meltwater from the contact area;
- the rubber compound remains elastic at any temperature;
- reinforced sidewalls withstand mechanical stress, extending the service life.
