The Amtel Bystrica summer light vehicle tire is a fairly successful attempt by one of the leading domestic manufacturers to create an affordable tire for SUVs with an attractive set of operational characteristics.

The design of the S-shaped symmetrical non-directional tread pattern is quite original and consists of five longitudinal ribs, which fully complies with modern trends. The entire central part of the tread is occupied by three longitudinal ribs, each of which represents a separate row of blocks made in the shape of a quadrangle. Due to this technical solution, domestic tire manufacturers were able to achieve excellent traction and coupling characteristics, provided by the numerous edges of the tread blocks. In addition, the quadrangular shape of the blocks made it possible to significantly improve the directional stability when moving on solid surfaces. The shoulder zones of the tread have a reinforced design, taking into account the specific conditions of use of the tire on off-road vehicles. To provide the best cross-country capability on unstable soils, the shoulder zones are equipped with a large number of massive blocks, the great height of which also provides protection for the tire's sidewall from aggressive mechanical effects. In addition, the composition of the rubber mixture is selected in such a way as to give the tire elasticity, resistance to wear, and excellent resistance to punctures and cuts.
