Tread pattern
In this model, the developers decided to use an asymmetric tread pattern. In the center of the Aeolus AU01 Steering Ace tire, there are four longitudinal, fairly wide grooves, the main task of which is to reduce the noise level while driving, as well as to qualitatively remove water from the contact patch when driving on wet pavement. This has significantly reduced the risk of hydroplaning and increased the level of driving safety.
Design features
This type of tire uses seamless technology for connecting the bead wire. According to the developers' calculations and tests conducted, this has improved the stability of the wheels and significantly increased the level of safety when driving at high speeds. The central rib is solid, which makes the wheel not only more stable but also more manageable, including on wet surfaces and at high speeds. Another achievement of the engineers is the presence of a special protection against damage from possible curbing in this tire model. Such protection significantly reduces the risk of tire wear during parking.
Rubber compound composition
Thanks to unique developments, the rubber compound composition includes fundamentally new components that allow increasing the heat level. As a result, it was possible to create tires with a high degree of wear resistance.
