The Aeolus AG03 summer tire is one of the evidences that the Chinese tire industry has reached a new level of development, offering buyers products with an even more attractive price-quality ratio. With a wide range of sizes, including several dozen types, this model is distinguished by excellent performance on any summer pavement and a very long service life.
Symmetrical tread pattern
Unlike many tire manufacturers that have been carried away with the production of tires with an asymmetrical tread pattern, Aeolus specialists preferred to use more traditional technological solutions, reasonably assuming that they have not yet exhausted all their possibilities. In particular, a tread pattern with a symmetrical arrangement of elements grouped into five longitudinal ribs was used. This structure provides the tire with excellent directional stability at any speed, regardless of the characteristics of the asphalt pavement.
Wide drainage grooves
All five ribs are separated from each other by a corresponding number of drainage grooves. Their distinctive feature is a very large volume. It is quite enough to effectively cope with the removal of water from the contact patch when moving even at a very high speed on wet roads.
Excellent braking properties
Among other features of the Aeolus AG03 tread pattern, it is worth noting its block structure. Thanks to this, it contains a multitude of contact edges, located predominantly transversely, relative to the direction of movement. This allows the tire to demonstrate excellent braking efficiency, especially in rainy conditions.
Main features of the Aeolus AG03 tire
- a rubber compound with the addition of special components that reduce rolling resistance;
- four wide drainage grooves provide effective removal of water from the contact patch, which reduces the likelihood of aquaplaning when moving even at a very high speed;
- five rigid longitudinal ribs, thanks to which the tire demonstrates excellent handling, directional stability;
- a multi-step arrangement of tread elements provides a low level of resonance noise and vibrations;
- wide shoulder areas improve stability when cornering, as well as improve the durability of the tread to uneven wear.
