An email arrives, we ship after payment, pay and wait three or four days:((( although the product is available in Moscow. I call, they answer that yes, indeed you need to pay first, if you don't pay, the order will be canceled. This is very sad, I hoped that everything would be fine. There is no customer focus at all. I won't recommend this company to anyone
