The XCMG XB800 model is a specialized industrial tire designed for equipment operation in conditions of intensive cyclic movement on abrasive hard surfaces. Its construction is the result of targeted optimization for the tasks of large loaders, dump trucks, and graders, where the key criteria are wear resistance, bidirectional traction, and carcass protection.
The tire is created not as a universal, but as an optimal solution for operation on technological sites with asphalt, concrete, and compacted gravel coatings. In such conditions, its main "opponent" is high-intensity abrasive wear. The model's architecture is focused specifically on this task, providing the maximum mileage between repairs.
The depth of the tread exceeds the standards for "off-road" models, which directly translates into increased mileage to the first restoration. Another level of protection is a special rubber compound with an increased content of wear-resistant components, which provides a low wear rate and stability of physical and mechanical properties in a wide temperature range.
The non-directional symmetric pattern is a key advantage for equipment with a reverse cycle of movement (back and forth). A dense matrix of large, uniform blocks provides identical traction and adhesion characteristics in both directions, eliminating "swaying" and ensuring predictable vehicle behavior.
The reinforced, increased thickness sidewalls are designed to withstand cuts and pinching when in lateral contact with curbs, concrete slabs, and other elements. The increased stiffness of the sidewall also minimizes parasitic deformations, reducing heat generation. The optimized breaker design works in conjunction with the tread, effectively absorbing impact loads and preventing stress concentration.
