XCMG XB800 L-3/E-3 tire — a specialized model for heavy machinery operating in extreme conditions of quarries, construction sites, and earthworks. It features a diagonal carcass structure, which provides it with increased resistance to punctures and tears.
Rigidity against deformation
The diagonal structure has cord layers that cross at an angle. This gives two key advantages:
- increased sidewall strength;
- the tire retains its shape even under maximum loads.
Maximum traction on loose soils
The tread is formed by transverse ribs separated by deep channels. They allow each rib to work as a separate element, preventing slipping. The tire literally "sticks" to the soft surface, providing confident starting and braking.
Self-cleaning without loss of traction
Thanks to the grooves and sparse arrangement of ribs, dirt, snow, or small rocks are not retained in the tread. With each wheel rotation, the centrifugal force and block deformation eject the stuck material. This reduces the cycle time of loading and increases the efficiency of the equipment.
Main features of XCMG XB800 L-3/E-3:
- diagonal multilayer tire providing increased carcass rigidity and resistance to delamination under overload;
- universal installation on loaders, articulated dump trucks, graders, and bulldozers for quarry and construction work;
- high ribs with narrow grooves guarantee reliable traction and minimize wheel slip on loose and soft surfaces;
- optimized distance between elements ensures quick release of stuck soil.
