XCMG XB500 is positioned as an industrial OTR tire for heavy construction and quarry equipment — front loaders, dump trucks, and other wheeled special equipment operating on dirt, gravel, and mixed surfaces under high loads. Similarly to other models in the line, this tire is designed for machines that daily overcome heavy loads and require traction on complex soils.
Increased traction characteristics
The tread consists of large blocks, differing in open shoulder zones formed due to significant voids between elements. This design provides reliable traction on loose and hard soil, improves traction when starting and moving under load, and facilitates self-cleaning from dirt, stones, and soil inclusions. Due to the deep tread pattern, the resistance to skidding is increased.
Design and durability
Like other representatives of the line, this model is focused on high strength and long service life. The reinforced frame increases resistance to deformations, impacts, and mechanical damage, which is especially important when working on construction sites, quarries, and rough terrain. Rigid sidewalls reduce the risk of punctures and tears during maneuvers, and the rubber compound is designed for high resistance to abrasive wear and overheating, which is important during intense shifts and heavy work cycles.
The tire is focused on even heavier loads and increased structural strength. A deeper tread, reinforced body, and increased carrying capacity make it a preferred choice for particularly heavy equipment operating under large static and dynamic loads.
