Description Worldstone H2012
The Worldstone H2012 tyre is designed for quarry and industrial equipment operating in conditions where the road surface is a mixture of rocky terrain, gravel, and dense soil. The model's design is focused on prolonged operation under high loads, combining resistance to mechanical damage, high strength reserve, and increased durability. Particular attention was paid to maintaining the tyre's performance in conditions of constant impact loads and abrasive wear, characteristic of production sites in the mining and construction industries.
Extra-deep tread
The main feature is the tread of increased depth, designed for prolonged operation in harsh conditions. Its massive blocks form numerous traction edges, allowing equipment to confidently move on loose, rocky, and mixed surfaces. The large amount of rubber in the tread area significantly slows down wear, maintaining traction characteristics even after prolonged operation on abrasive surfaces.
Special "bridges" between blocks
Elements in the central and shoulder areas of the tread are connected by special "bridges". They limit the mobility of large tread elements under significant loads, reducing their deformation and the likelihood of uneven wear. At the same time, the directional stability of the equipment on hard surfaces is improved, and the load on the contact patch is distributed more evenly. This design solution allows the tread to maintain its effectiveness throughout its entire service life.
Robust base for heavy quarry operation
The carcass is distinguished by its high carrying capacity and resistance to punctures, cuts, and impact effects. Together with a special rubber compound that has increased resistance to abrasion, it provides reliable operation in constant contact with sharp stones and large rock fragments. Due to its high mechanical strength, the design maintains its operational properties even with intensive daily operation, reducing the likelihood of unplanned equipment downtime.
Key features of the Worldstone H2012:
- the extra-deep tread increases the tyre's service life and maintains high traction properties on rocky and soil surfaces;
- reinforced bridges between the central and shoulder zones limit block deformation and ensure even wear;
- the robust carcass is highly resistant to impact loads, punctures, and other mechanical damage;
- the special wear-resistant compound allows for efficient tyre operation in harsh conditions.
