Voronezh VI-202 – a model of domestic tyre production, created according to military standards and adapted for the most severe conditions of civilian and special use. It was designed for a variety of equipment — from quarry dump trucks to rocket carriers. The basis of the design is an unprecedented margin of strength, embedded in the multi-layered carcass and tread pattern geometry.
Load-carrying architecture
The model is based on a diagonal carcass with a layer count of 24. The crosswise arrangement of cord threads creates a rigid mesh structure that is virtually unaffected by deformation when driving off-road. This architecture allows the tyre to withstand extreme loads. Each layer of the carcass works like an independent force belt, evenly distributing pressure across the entire surface.
Grip on any terrain
The tread pattern is made according to the "checkerboard" scheme — a classic of off-road tyres, proven by decades of operation on special equipment. Large, widely spaced blocks create a multitude of active gripping edges. Spacious drainage channels between them provide instant self-cleaning — the tyre does not get "clogged" and does not lose traction even on viscous surfaces.
Cold resistance and abrasive durability
The compound is developed according to an all-season formula, which is confirmed by its classification. The rubber compound retains its elasticity over a wide range of temperatures, without becoming brittle in frost and not softening in summer heat. This ensures stable grip and predictable behaviour of the equipment. At the same time, the compound has increased resistance to abrasive wear, which extends the tread life.
Key features of Voronezh VI-202:
- is standardly installed on special equipment and some front-end loaders, as well as tractors;
- the tread with large blocks and a developed drainage system provides maximum traction on loose, viscous, and snowy surfaces;
- the specialized compound retains its working properties over a wide range of temperatures, ensuring predictable behaviour of the equipment all year round.
