Tread with high traction lugs

The tread pattern is designed in a classic structure, where massive elements are arranged at an angle to the direction of rotation. This solution has been proven for decades on tractors of all brands. The main advantage is the directed traction vector. When the wheel rotates, the blocks "bite" into the soil, creating maximum grip with minimal slippage. The height of the traction lugs has been increased to ensure penetration even in loose and wet soils, where standard tyres slip.

At the same time, each block has been strengthened with a special rubber compound of high strength. This means that even with maximum torque and traction loads, the working elements do not deform, retaining their shape and effectiveness. It is this feature that allows the tyre to be used in the most challenging conditions.

Self-cleaning

One of the main problems with tyres for agricultural equipment is the accumulation of dirt. Wet clay, black soil, or plant residues fill the tread, turning the aggressive "herringbone" pattern into a smooth surface that completely loses traction. This problem has been solved in the model:

- a large distance has been left between the traction lugs, allowing dirt to exit;
- there are no protrusions or roughness that could retain contaminants. When the wheel rotates, centrifugal force and vibrations expel the dirt, and the tread remains clean.

Reinforced compound and design

The rubber compound contains special reinforcing additives that increase resistance to cuts, chips, and abrasive wear. Additionally, the increased height of the tread blocks provides an extra "reserve", extending the service life.
