The Triangle TB598S T2 tyre was specifically designed for articulated dump trucks, front-end loaders, and other heavy equipment operating in intense mining and construction conditions. The model is released with a radial construction and E4/L4 class tread, combining high load-carrying capacity with resistance to mechanical damage. The T2 rubber compound version represents a compromise between resistance to cuts and heat, allowing the tyre to perform equally effectively on rocky terrain, gravel, and mixed soils.
Aggressive tread pattern for confident traction
The working surface is a combination of large blocks and wide grooves between them. This geometry allows the tread to quickly release soil and small stones, maintaining high traction force. The large contact patch area improves load distribution, which positively affects the machine's stability when moving with a full load and reduces the intensity of local wear.
Design for harsh conditions
One of the key features is the reinforced radial carcass, which has high resistance to impacts and punctures. The rigid construction of the shoulder areas additionally protects the sidewalls when in contact with sharp rock edges and prevents their damage during manoeuvring. The special rubber compound allows for increased resistance to cuts and limited heat generation during prolonged equipment operation, contributing to the extension of the tyre's lifespan.
Balance of lifespan and performance
The model is oriented towards long working shifts, where equipment regularly moves between loading and unloading zones. Thanks to the combination of a radial carcass, wear-resistant compound, and self-cleaning tread pattern, the tyre maintains stable operating characteristics.
Key features of the Triangle TB598S T2:
- The T2 rubber compound provides a balanced combination of resistance to cuts, abrasive wear, and thermal loads;
- The reinforced radial construction effectively resists impacts, punctures, and deformation under high equipment mass;
- The self-cleaning E4/L4 class tread helps maintain reliable grip on soil, gravel, and rocky terrain;
- The robust shoulder areas protect the sidewalls from damage, increasing the tyre's lifespan in harsh quarrying conditions.
