Triangle TB516 T1 — high-load element of the chassis, capable of withstanding extreme contacts with sharp rocky terrain and viscous soil. This radial tubeless tyre is designed for front loaders and articulated dump trucks.
Steering responsiveness
The tread pattern is a thought-out system of traction elements. Massive off-road traction elements with a certain angle of inclination provide powerful cross-country grip. But the key innovation lies in the depth: the complex geometry of the grooves creates a "dual traction" effect when turning, giving the operator exceptional steering responsiveness.
Two-level protection against damage
Here, a reinforced sidewall with a multi-layered high-strength steel cord is used, which resists tearing under sudden loads. And the sidewall has an additional reinforcing layer. When hitting a protruding stone, the energy is dissipated over the entire area, rather than being concentrated in one point. The result is that the tyre withstands such contacts that would cause standard models to fail.
All-season M+S formula: stability in rain, snow, and mud
The model has an M+S (Mud + Snow) marking. This means that the tread pattern and rubber compound are designed with operation on wet, muddy, and even snowy surfaces in mind. Wide drainage channels provide self-cleaning from viscous soil, and a special compound with increased silica content maintains elasticity at low temperatures.
Less weight - more payload
The abandonment of the tube in favour of a tubeless radial design has a triple effect: it reduces the overall weight of the wheel, improves heat dissipation, and simplifies field repairs. The radial cord provides a soft contact patch, which improves grip on uneven surfaces and reduces fuel consumption. And the reinforced sealing layer guarantees pressure retention even with minor punctures.
Key features of the Triangle TB516 T1:
- applicability for front loaders, articulated dump trucks, and other special equipment;
- the tread with special geometry provides high cross-country stability and clear feedback when manoeuvring;
- reinforced sidewall and reinforced sidewall - two-component protection against cuts, impacts, and tears;
- the M+S marking guarantees effective self-cleaning and grip on various surfaces, including in winter;
- the tubeless design reduces heat generation, reduces wheel weight, and simplifies maintenance.
