The Rockbuster G2/L2 H168 tyre was developed for special equipment used in the construction and mining industries — for front loaders and graders. The model demonstrates its greatest efficiency on rocky, stony, and mixed soils, where the tyre is subjected to constant impact from high shock and abrasive loads. When creating the tyre, the manufacturer placed the main emphasis on increased resistance to cuts, long service life, and maintaining stable traction in difficult operating conditions. The design corresponds to the G2/L2 class, which determines its purpose for machines performing loading, transportation, and planning work on unprepared surfaces.

Tread for heavy operating conditions

The tread pattern is made to the G2/L2 standard and features an increased depth of grooves, massive tread lugs, and significant voids between elements. This solution provides effective transmission of traction force on loose soil, gravel, and stony surfaces. Thanks to the significant distance between the tread blocks, the tread effectively self-cleans from dirt, sand, and small stones, reducing the likelihood of wheel spinning and maintaining the stability of the machine even on wet working areas.

Reinforced design

The carcass is designed with high mechanical loads in mind. The diagonal construction and robust nylon cords allow the tyre to effectively withstand impacts, punctures, and cuts that occur when working in quarries and construction sites. Additionally, a special rubber compound with increased resistance to wear and cracking is used, which allows the service life to be extended.

Stability of characteristics and durability

The optimized tyre profile promotes even distribution of the load across the contact patch. This improves the machine's stability when performing working operations on loose surfaces, reduces tread wear, and decreases heat generation during prolonged movement. The high mechanical strength of the design and the increased tread depth allow the working characteristics to be maintained even with intensive use of the equipment in heavy production cycles.

Key features of the Rockbuster G2/L2 H168:

- the G2/L2 class tread provides reliable traction, effective self-cleaning, and stable traction on soil, gravel, and rocky surfaces;
- the reinforced diagonal carcass increases resistance to impacts, punctures, and cuts when working in heavy conditions;
- the special wear-resistant rubber increases the tyre's service life when operating on abrasive surfaces.
