Physics of traction on viscous surfaces
The central place in the design is occupied by a directional tread pattern. Here, narrow blocks with elongated curved walls are used, which have a small radius of curvature. Self-cleaning
The tire features increased inter-block voids that serve as evacuation tunnels. Due to their volume and direction, particles of dirt, sand, and clay are thrown out of the contact patch by centrifugal force. This allows the tire to maintain "sharp" edges even after dozens of meters of movement on sticky soil. As a result, stable snow/off-road capability is achieved without the need to stop for wheel cleaning, which is critical during sowing or harvesting work in conditions of high humidity.
Carrying structure and power frame
The power frame deserves special attention. It is constructed from several layers of high-strength cord. An important nuance: multi-layering is usually associated with stiffness, but here an optimal balance is achieved. Due to the special laying of threads and the elasticity of the rubber layer, the frame remains sufficiently flexible. This gives a double effect:
- smooth ride — the operator and attached equipment experience less vibration, which reduces fatigue and increases the accuracy of work;
- the elastic frame requires less energy to deform, which reduces fuel consumption and transmission wear.
At the same time, the layered structure provides a margin of strength sufficient for working with stones, roots, and sharp objects. The tire is not afraid of punctures and cuts to the sidewall, and its durability in agricultural cycles has been tested on thousands of hectares.
