Model LingLong LSN201 — a tyre solution for operation in sub-zero temperatures, icy surfaces, and snowdrifts. Developed to the TRA E 2/L 2 standard, it combines industrial-class load capacity and traction properties adapted to the winter cycle.

Frequent tread pattern against slipping

The tread has a depth of 35 mm with a frequent pattern of low blocks. This geometry is not chosen by chance: on dense snow or ice, large, separate lugs create point pressure and lose contact, while frequent elements form a continuous friction surface. This ensures stable grip during manoeuvres and provides accurate positioning of fork and front loaders. At the same time, the open structure of the channels promotes self-cleaning from snow and ice debris.

Winter compound

The key difference is a special rubber compound recipe, optimized for low temperatures. This material maintains molecular mobility over a wide temperature range. The micro-roughness of the working surface literally "bites" into the ice crust, providing exceptional manoeuvrability.

An important operational limitation: the softness that gives advantages in winter becomes a vulnerability in summer. When working on hot asphalt or sharp rock edges, this compound accelerates abrasive wear and reduces resistance to cuts.

Radial carcass of double strength

The tyre is built on a radial scheme with breaker reinforcement. This design provides:

- minimal deformation of the sidewall when transporting heavy loads;
- even distribution of pressure across the contact patch, which is critical for durability under cyclic loads;
- high directional stability on slippery surfaces due to the stable geometry of the carcass.
