Description Кама НК-312
The Kama NK-312 model is an all-season solution for regions with "mild" winter periods. The tire is designed for minivans, light trucks (up to 3.5 tons), small-tonnage vans, and vans that operate mainly in the city, on highways, and on dry dirt roads. The design is subject to three requirements: increased carrying capacity, minimal wear during intensive mileage, and predictable behavior on asphalt.
Even wear without deformation
The symmetrical tread pattern is a way to ensure stable distribution of vertical load across the entire tread width. In combination with the reinforced tire, it does not deform under load and does not create local wear points even during prolonged driving.
The tread compound contains modifiers. This means that the tire heats up less during long trips, which means it retains its integrity longer.
Rigid center and shoulders
Stability during maneuvers is provided by solid central ribs. They work like guides, relieving the driver from constant steering. Rigid shoulder areas take on lateral loads during turns and lane changes. The effect is that the "sharpness" of the steering is preserved, even when the vehicle is fully loaded.
Calculated drainage
The model's drainage system is designed for high-speed water removal. Longitudinal grooves of increased depth quickly evacuate water, reducing the risk of hydroplaning on the track. Transverse lamellas and cuts create additional traction edges on wet asphalt, reducing the braking distance by up to 15%.
The compound retains its elasticity at negative temperatures, allowing for confident starting and braking on slippery surfaces in cold weather.
Key features of Kama NK-312:
- performance on slippery, wet, and dry surfaces without loss of traction properties;
- reinforced frame withstands prolonged operation with full load without deformation;
- even load distribution across the width, which extends the resource;
- two solid ribs and rigid shoulder areas of the closed type for precise steering;
- deep longitudinal grooves and transverse cuts effectively remove water, reducing the braking distance.
