Henan L4/AL458 is designed for front loaders and other construction equipment operating in quarries, loading terminals, and industrial sites. The model belongs to the L4 class, so it is designed for operation in conditions of increased abrasive impact. The main focus in the design is on increasing the resource, protecting against mechanical damage, and maintaining the stability of the machine during heavy loading operations.
For operation on solid ground
The working surface of the tyre features an increased tread depth, characteristic of L4 class models. The massive blocks form a wide contact area, allowing for more efficient transmission of traction force on unstable loose surfaces. Thanks to the significant thickness of the compound, the tread's resistance to chipping and premature wear is increased, and the wide channels between the blocks contribute to the removal of stones and soil from the contact area, maintaining stable traction properties.
Protection against damage under high load
The design is adapted to intensive operation in harsh conditions. The robust diagonal carcass effectively absorbs impact loads, and the reinforced sidewalls reduce the likelihood of cuts and deformations when in contact with sharp rock edges. The wear-resistant compound further increases resistance to tears, cracking, chipping, and other damage that occurs during constant operation on abrasive surfaces.
Optimized for intensive work cycles
The model is designed for machines that spend most of their time working in a limited area, regularly performing loading and transporting materials. The rigid construction ensures the stability of the equipment during maneuvering with a full load, and the increased tread depth allows maintaining working characteristics even after prolonged operation. This combination makes the tyre an effective solution for enterprises where reliability and long service life are a priority.
Key features of Henan L4/AL458:
- the increased tread depth of the L4 class increases the tyre's resource during constant operation on abrasive surfaces;
- the reinforced sidewalls help reduce the risk of damage when in contact with stones and other solid obstacles;
- the massive tread blocks provide stable traction and confident execution of loading operations on complex surfaces;
- the robust construction is designed for intensive work cycles of heavy construction and quarry equipment.
