Traction and handling
The tread features a system of large blocks with a variable pitch. From a dynamic point of view, this design solves two problems at once. Firstly, the different distances between the blocks dampen resonant frequencies, reducing vibration and noise on hard surfaces. Secondly, the variable pitch creates a constantly changing contact patch pattern, which optimizes grip on unstable soils without losing traction.
But the main feature is the club-shaped form of the blocks. In the central zone, they almost merge into a monolithic longitudinal rib. This solution provides directional stability and clear handling, even when driving on asphalt, while the open shoulders of the blocks provide self-cleaning in mud, sand, or gravel. Thus, the tyre feels confident both on the loading platform and off-road.
Powerful carcass
To prevent the tyre from losing its geometry, engineers have incorporated a reinforced, multi-layer carcass. Here, each layer of cord works like a power belt, distributing point loads across the entire surface.
The sidewall with a protective breaker not only maintains the profile shape under extreme weight loads but also prevents bending, which leads to delamination. As a result, the contact patch remains flat and stable.
Elasticity as passive protection
Unlike rigid "stone-resistant" compounds, the emphasis here is on elasticity with high resistance to tearing. Such a tyre better envelops irregularities, increasing the contact area on loose or gravel surfaces. But the main thing is that this structure works like a built-in shock absorber: it absorbs the impact of sharp objects, preventing punctures and cuts.
