Спецшины Galaxy 101 SDS NM

The Galaxy 101 SDS NM tyre is the result of a revised approach to cushioning and wear resistance in the heavy forklift segment. The model is designed to work where others give up: on hot asphalt, cold concrete, and in 24/7 shift work.

Tyre specifications

The tyre features a modernised rubber compound with a reduced hysteresis coefficient. This means that the tyre effectively dampens micro-vibrations of the road surface, reducing driver fatigue by 15-20% during a shift, while maintaining its load-carrying capacity.

Structural architecture

Here, the diagonal cord scheme has been retained - a deliberate choice for equipment that operates with variable lateral loads. The presence of a reinforced bead solves two key problems:
- fixation on the wheel rim eliminates tyre slippage even during sharp braking with a full load;
- rim protection - the bead takes on part of the impact load when driving over obstacles, preventing delamination of the base.

Thermal stress reduction technology

During intense operation, the main enemy of the tyre is overheating. In this model, a "zero overheating" technology has been introduced: a special formula of the bonding layer provides rapid heat dissipation from the contact area. This minimised the risk of deformation.

Application flexibility

Thanks to the all-season rubber compound recipe, the tyre retains its elasticity in both negative temperatures and hot conditions. The three-layer structure works like an "exoskeleton" system:
- the outer layer - protection against cuts and scratches;
- the intermediate layer - absorption of shock waves;
- the inner layer - minimal heating and grip with the wheel rim.

Key features of the Galaxy 101 SDS NM:

- the increased volume of wear-resistant rubber on the tread ensures 30% more operating hours compared to analogues;
- the wide contact patch and special tread pattern provide a predictable trajectory of movement even during manoeuvres with maximum load;
- the improved silicon-organic additive in the compound ensures reliable grip on wet and oily surfaces;
- applicability on a wide range of large forklifts.
