Structural architecture
Here, the diagonal cord scheme has been retained - a deliberate choice for equipment that operates with variable lateral loads. The presence of a reinforced bead solves two key problems:
- fixation on the wheel rim eliminates tyre slippage even during sharp braking with a full load;
- rim protection - the bead takes on part of the impact load when driving over obstacles, preventing delamination of the base.
Thermal stress reduction technology

- the outer layer - protection against cuts and scratches;
- the intermediate layer - absorption of shock waves;
- the inner layer - minimal heating and grip with the wheel rim.
