The BKT Farm Highway Tough SPL tire is designed for trailed agricultural equipment used for a wide range of transportation tasks. It is most effective on flat, solid surfaces, demonstrating stable traction properties, reduced rolling resistance, and increased wear resistance in such conditions.
The closed tread pattern consists of solid longitudinal ribs, spaced at a very small distance from each other. This design not only minimizes rolling resistance but also ensures a maximally even distribution of load across the contact patch, increasing it, and preventing rapid wear and tear of the tire and formation of cracks under prolonged exposure to high weight loads. These properties are further enhanced by the optimized tread profile, which is made using a special rubber compound. It is characterized by increased resistance to wear and delamination, as well as the formation of small cracks and tears, which significantly extends the lifespan of the tire when operated in harsh conditions.
