Belshina Bel-49 from the "GALEROagro" line is a radial tubeless solution designed specifically for the driving wheels of tractors. This tyre combines high load-carrying capacity with minimal impact on the soil, making it an economically viable choice for intensive farming.

Specification for the driving axle

The radial structure used here features cord threads laid strictly along the "meridians" of the wheel. This allows the sidewall to work independently of the tread, providing two key benefits. Firstly, internal friction and heat generation are significantly reduced. Secondly, the contact patch remains stable when the pressure changes, which is critical for working on fields with varying soil densities.

Field work

One of the key features of the tyre is its operating pressure of just 1.6 bar, one of the lowest in its class. Thanks to its large air volume, the model adapts to the field's terrain, gently enveloping stones and irregularities without damaging the plant's root system. With a load index of 151, it guarantees a maximum load of up to 3450 kg per tyre, which is sufficient for working with heavy trailed equipment.

The low pressure also reduces the "over-compaction" effect. The tyre distributes the tractor's mass over a larger area, preserving the structure of the arable horizon and soil aeration.

Tread with increased traction

The tread depth is 42 mm, providing a significant reserve for long-term operation in harsh conditions. The tread pattern is designed with the specifics of working on driving wheels in mind: powerful diagonal lugs provide a high coefficient of traction, while the increased distance between them ensures effective self-cleaning from dirt.

Special attention is paid to the shoulder areas, where the blocks are reinforced with additional ribs of stiffness, preventing deformation under lateral loads.
