Description Белшина Бел-20
The Belshina Bel-20 is designed for special equipment used in the mining industry for transportation work. It is intended for use in conditions of high mechanical loads when moving at low speeds. When creating the model, particular attention was paid to resistance to damage, increased load capacity, and maintaining reliable grip on abrasive surfaces
"Quarry" tread pattern
The tread is made with a non-directional quarry tread pattern E3/L3 of standard depth. Its massive blocks form a wide contact patch, which allows the load to be distributed more evenly, and the equipment maintains stability when moving on uneven terrain. Deep grooves effectively remove loose soil and small rock fragments from the contact area, allowing the tire to maintain its traction properties even on contaminated working surfaces.
Robust diagonal construction
To a significant extent, the adaptation of the tire to specific operating conditions was achieved due to the diagonal construction of the carcass. It has increased resistance to mechanical damage, and in combination with reinforced sidewalls, it prevents tire deformation during operation with a full load. In such conditions, the use of a special rubber compound gives the tire even higher reliability due to its resistance to wear, cracks, and tears.
Reliability in heavy duty cycles
The model is designed for prolonged operation in conditions of low speeds and maximum equipment loading. The optimized profile promotes stable pressure distribution over the entire contact area, reducing local overheating and slowing down wear. Due to the combination of a robust carcass, a tread resistant to mechanical stress, and high carrying capacity, the tire effectively maintains its working characteristics in long production cycles, where reliability is of primary importance.
Key features of the Belshina Bel-20:
- The "quarry" tread provides confident grip, stability, and long tread life when working on rocky surfaces;
- The reinforced diagonal construction of the carcass effectively resists impact loads, punctures, and other mechanical damage;
- The wide contact patch promotes even load distribution, reducing the intensity of tread wear;
- Reinforced sidewalls and a robust carcass allow the tire to be used in heavy duty cycles on underground and construction equipment.
