The Alliance 839 E-2 special purpose tire is a versatile model that is well-suited for use on tractors and wheeled excavators, as well as other equipment used in the agricultural sector, on production and construction sites. It is characterized by its stable traction properties and high traction on most types of ground cover, as well as its durability and long service life under heavy operating conditions.
The tread pattern consists of a combination of massive blocks with elongated curved walls. Being separated from each other by significant voids, these elements provide excellent traction on ground cover, preventing "clogging" of the tread, while maintaining high passability even on surfaces with high moisture content. In the central part, the blocks not only partially overlap each other, forming a composite longitudinal rib, but are also connected to each other by special "bridges" that limit their mutual mobility. This solution significantly reduces the heating of the tread during prolonged movement on flat solid surfaces, reduces noise and vibration, providing more comfortable operating conditions for the operator, and prevents the formation of small cracks. Another important feature is the use of a rubber compound optimized with regard to the operating characteristics of tractors and wheeled excavators. The compound is distinguished by its resistance to wear, cracking, and delamination, increasing the mileage of the tire.
