Steel breaker and reinforced sidewall

The tire is designed to work with weights corresponding to the maximum lifting capacity of the forklift. The technological difference from serial analogs is the reinforced breaker layer made of steel cord with a variable weaving step. This solution eliminates radial tearing and local bulging of the tread.

Tread compound

In the production of the tread, a rubber mixture based on modified natural rubber (technical grade RSS3) and active additives is used. It provides abrasive resistance, resistance to cuts, and low residual deformation.

Traction properties

The tread pattern is made in the form of large blocks separated by a central rib. This geometry provides:
