Wanmao WSX-106 — a motorcycle tire with a large-block tread pattern. The central area is relatively dense, combined with pronounced spacing between tread elements. This geometry combines wide support platforms with open working edges.
In the center, large polygonal blocks are staggered and placed fairly close together. Their broad surfaces provide support in the central part of the contact patch, while transverse edges create additional biting edges on firm terrain.
Wide diagonal and transverse grooves separate the blocks and connect with spaces in the shoulder zones. This design allows water and loose material to be channeled toward the edges of the tread.
Large shoulder blocks extend onto the rounded profile area, expanding the tread's working zone when the motorcycle leans. Their stepped arrangement allows blocks to engage sequentially from the center outward.
The blocks are large and solid, without frequent fine siping. Their wide surfaces form stable support platforms on hard surfaces, while gaps between the lugs preserve biting edges for performance on uneven and loose terrain.
