The Pirelli Angel City motorcycle tire is designed for scooters with engines up to 250 "cubes". It was developed using technologies and materials previously used in the Angel GT model for sportbikes, which has won numerous tests in specialized media around the world.
Reinforced construction
The key difference from most similar models of other brands is the reinforced frame construction. It is made entirely of synthetic materials, the physico-chemical properties of which have been additionally improved by modern technologies during production. Thanks to this, the tire has excellent directional stability and low heat generation at high speeds.
Soft ride
During the development of the tire, much attention was paid to ensuring a high level of comfort. One of its components is softness on the go. The tire's tread is made of an elastic compound, which significantly dampens the impact when driving over rough roads, without transmitting it to the suspension elements.
Resistance to aquaplaning
Here, almost the same tread pattern is used as in the Angel GT model. The only difference is the size of the tread, which is due to the smaller size of this tire. In all other respects, the two designs are identical. This gives the tire a number of important advantages, one of which is increased resistance to aquaplaning.
