Mitas Stone King — a rear motorcycle tyre designed for demanding off-road routes and rugged terrain. The model is tailored for Trail, Enduro, and Motocross motorcycles, meeting the needs of riders who require traction, handling, and control far from smooth surfaces.

The key feature of the tread pattern is its very large and tall lugs. These form pronounced working edges engineered to perform in deep mud and ruts, on roots, and over rocky sections. This helps the rear wheel transmit driving force and propel the motorcycle forward with greater confidence on challenging surfaces.

The tread blocks are arranged in separate transverse rows, staggered relative to each other. Wide open gaps between them provide an exit path for mud and loose terrain particles as the wheel rotates. This design can facilitate self-cleaning of the tread pattern during rotation.

Large shoulder elements extend the tread pattern onto the rounded shoulder area. When leaning the motorcycle or riding in ruts, the outer lugs engage with the surface, creating working edges at the edge of the tread. This can help maintain lateral support on uneven trajectories.

The tread features a cut-resistant rubber compound. It helps withstand sharp stones and other cutting hazards, reducing the risk of damage to the tread elements. This enhances tyre durability on tough off-road routes.

An enlarged casing and deep tread are engineered to deliver a balance of traction, handling, and control in extreme off-road conditions. For the rider, this means a more confident rear wheel response when navigating difficult terrain and sudden changes in ground profile.
