Optimized Reinforced Casing
When moving at high speeds, the tire is subjected to maximum loads, which leads to frequent damage and ruptures. To avoid this, an optimized reinforced casing was used, which is made using a steel strip and reinforced cord. This allowed reliably protecting the tire from damage and ruptures that occur under maximum loads. The steel strip in the central part of the casing increased the directional stability and accelerated the response to steering wheel turns. The new casing structure made it possible to achieve optimal pressure distribution inside the tread, depending on the position of the tire.
Sporty Tread Design
To improve handling at maximum speeds, a sporty tread design was used. Deep channels of various shapes provide confident handling on any road surface, quickly removing water from the contact zone and preventing possible aquaplaning. The extended lateral zone of the Continental ContiRaceAttack Competition provides confident handling and increased stability when the motorcycle is tilted sharply. Even when moving at maximum speed, the tire provides clear handling and excellent grip on any road surface and in any weather conditions.
To improve grip at any motorcycle tilt, rubber with varying hardness zones was used. Due to this, the maximum contact patch was obtained at any motorcycle tilt.
