The commercial tire Yokohama Y785R is designed for long and intense use in freight transportation over any distance. It is installed on the trailer axle. It is characterized by improved directional stability when towing on dry and wet surfaces, increased carrying capacity, and resistance to impact.
The tread pattern is made in a closed design with five solid ribs. These elements, in combination with a special profile of the tread, increase the tire's wear resistance, reducing rolling resistance, providing good directional stability at high speeds. S-shaped lamellas and grooves with zigzag walls provide stable traction on wet surfaces.
