The WestLake WSR1 commercial tire is installed on the steering axle of highway tractors. It is designed for any cargo transportation. It is most effective on high-speed highways. Reduces operating costs due to high mileage and fuel efficiency. It is characterized by precision handling, a comfortable, quiet and smooth ride, and stable traction properties on slippery surfaces.
The tread pattern features five longitudinal ribs. Optimized dimensions and high stiffness of the elements improve handling accuracy, reduce fuel consumption and wear. The central rib features S-shaped lamellas, which not only improve the efficiency of the tread during braking, but also prevent uneven wear. The wide and deep drainage grooves located between the ribs minimize the risk of aquaplaning, ensuring reliable traction on wet roads. The shoulder ribs have high resistance to deformation, which improves handling accuracy, stability during maneuvering and reduces uneven wear.
Key features of WestLake WSR1
- a tread pattern with 5 longitudinal ribs provides directional stability at high speed, handling accuracy and prevents wear;
- an increased volume of longitudinal drainage grooves and a large number of lamellas improve traction on a wet surface;
- an optimized carcass design increases the contact patch and increases tire mileage.
