The Voltaire VL-45 tire produced by the Volzhsky tire plant is designed for installation on the wheels of the steering axles of tractor wheel technique, as well as the driving axles of agricultural machines and other special purpose wheel vehicles used in rural, forest and municipal economies.

The tread pattern of the Voltaire VL-45 tire consists of one wide longitudinally located central rib and two less wide ribs located in the side parts of the tread. Such a set and scheme of placement of constructive elements of the tread is designed to reduce the likelihood of occurrence of lateral drift of the tractor's steering axis, which significantly improves the directional stability of the tractor, as well as its maneuverability and ability to quickly change direction.
