Secure D42 – a commercial tire, installed on the driving axle of trucks used for long-distance routes. The model is distinguished by an efficient self-cleaning system, directional stability, and fuel efficiency.
The tread is represented by six longitudinal ribs, each consisting of a multitude of medium-sized block structures. This design allows maintaining traction even on low-quality roads. In addition, the developed network of inter-block channels quickly cleans the contact zone, maintaining reliable contact with the road surface.
The compound is represented by a special composition that not only effectively resists wear but is also a factor of passive protection against mechanical damage. This is largely due to its elasticity, which is maintained over a wide temperature range.
Key features of Secure D42:
- applicability on heavy commercial trucks;
- increased wear resistance due to the height of the tread layer, the use of a reinforced compound, and an increased contact patch;
- the developed block structure promotes maintaining contact with both dry and wet road surfaces;
- the rib structure supports directional stability and contributes to maneuvering accuracy;
- reinforced sidewalls and a robust carcass protect against ruptures, increasing payload capacity
