The commercial tire RoadX DT990 is designed for dump trucks and other special equipment used in construction, mining, and logging industries. It is offered in two versions, differing in tread width. It is installed on the driving axles. It is distinguished by improved traction and coupling properties on loose unstable surfaces, resistance to mechanical damage, and increased carrying capacity.
The tread pattern is made in an open design with a large number of blocks. In the central part, the elements are stretched across, which provides high traction on dirt roads. The sharp-angled shape of the blocks prevents lateral slippage. It is worth noting the arrangement of elements with a certain pitch, which increases the useful area of the tread, thereby increasing wear resistance, reducing rolling resistance and noise on flat hard surfaces.
