Therefore, each new model is created using the most perfect developments and solutions in the tire industry.

Unique tread design

The Pirelli ST01 tread pattern plays a huge role, so the company's specialists approached its development very responsibly. Computer 3D modeling was used to obtain the optimal shape of the blocks and their location. As a result, the tread has optimally located blocks and distances between them. Four longitudinal grooves provide excellent directional stability and increased traction when driving on any road surface. Due to the massive blocks in the central zone, the tread has an increased contact patch. The massive blocks located in the shoulder area protect the tire from lateral cuts and punctures.

Unique rubber compound composition

The used rubber compound has excellent characteristics. It not only reduces tread wear but also provides excellent traction with any road surface. It is also worth noting that two different rubber compounds with different characteristics were used in the creation of the tread. The upper part of the tread is made of a mixture that increased the wear resistance of the tread and increased traction with the road. The lower part is made of a more elastic mixture, as a result of which the tread has an increased ability to recover.

According to the developers, this tire guarantees excellent reliability and comfort due to the use of unique technologies such as Hexagonal Bead Wire and a two-compound sidewall.

High-strength carcass

The tire carcass is made of hexagonal bead wire and reinforced cord, which significantly improves the tread's ability to recover and provides temperature stability throughout the sidewall. The service life of the tire has also been increased.
